Return and Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping with Scare Street. If something isn't right with your order, we're here to make it right.

Physical Products Return Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs to our return facility. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please be aware that refunds will only cover the amount spent on the product itself. Shipping charges will not be refunded, as these are costs that do not go to us but to the shipping carrier.

Restocking Fee

A 15% restocking fee may be applied to returned items that arrive in less than resellable condition, including but not limited to books with bent pages, creased spines, markings, stickers, odors, or damaged packaging. The restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Items returned in their original, unused condition with original packaging intact will not be subject to a restocking fee.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Note that the shipping costs incurred during the transit to you and from your address to our return facility will not be refunded, because they have been paid to the shipping carrier.

Exchanges Within 30 Days

Physical Products: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Digital Products: Contact us at support@scarestreet.com with your order number and the item(s) you're looking to exchange it with.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of being placed. After that, the order may have already entered fulfillment and cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds on gift cards, final sale items, or items marked as non-returnable at checkout.
